  1. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to define the terms and conditions regarding the sale and provision of daily tours, transfer services, Turkey tours, activities, and inspection tours purchased by the Buyer through the website or electronic communication tools.

  1. Description and Price of the Service

The Buyer acknowledges that they have been informed about and approved the details, duration, and price of the purchased service through HTR TOUR’s website or via e-mail communication.

  1. Payment and Reservation
    • The service fee is collected via credit card, bank transfer, or online payment systems.
    • The reservation becomes final once the payment is completed.
    • HTR TOUR undertakes to deliver the service on the specified date and under the agreed conditions.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
    • If the full amount of the package has been paid, cancellations made at least 30 days (1 month) before the service date will be fully refunded except for flight tickets.
    • Cancellations made within 30 days of the service date are non-refundable.
    • Flight tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.
    • In case of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, wars, official restrictions, etc.), the refund procedure will be determined by HTR TOUR.

  1. Responsibilities

HTR TOUR is responsible for providing the reserved service as agreed.
The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate information and avoiding any actions that may prevent service delivery.

  1. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable in case of unforeseeable circumstances such as natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, or transportation barriers.

  1. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Nevşehir Consumer Arbitration Committee and Courts.

  1. Effectiveness

By electronically approving this agreement, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all its terms and conditions.
