Itinerary

Day 1: Welcome to Turkey!

• Arrival at Istanbul Airport. Our representative will meet you and transfer you to your hotel.
• There are no planned activities for the day, so you can relax or explore the city at your own pace. Feel free to ask your guide for restaurant recommendations or suggestions for afternoon activities.
• Overnight Stay: HHK Downtown IstanbulLocated next to Çorlulu Ali Pasha Madrasa, just 5 minutes from Istanbul’s city center.

Day 2: Istanbul Highlights (Optional) – Flight to Cappadocia

• 09:30 AM: Begin your optional full-day tour of Istanbul’s Old City with your group.
  • Topkapi Palace (Optional): Explore the former residence of Ottoman sultans. Discover its opulence and architectural splendor while enjoying breathtaking views of Istanbul.
  • Blue Mosque: Admire the intricate blue tiles and marvel at the grandeur of this iconic mosque.
  • Hippodrome: Visit this ancient Byzantine chariot-racing track and view the famous Egyptian Obelisk and Serpent Column.
  • Lunch Break (not included): Enjoy a traditional Turkish lunch at a local restaurant.
  • Hagia Sophia (Optional): Be awestruck by the monumental blend of Byzantine and Islamic influences in this UNESCO World Heritage site.
  • Grand Bazaar: Wander through one of the oldest and largest covered markets in the world, where you can shop for Turkish treasures.

• Evening: Transfer to Istanbul Airport for your flight to Cappadocia with your group.
• Upon arrival, transfer to your Cave Hotel for check-in.

Day 3: Fairy Chimneys & Rock Churches

• Optional Early Morning Activity: If you wish, you can take a Hot Air Balloon Tour (optional) with the group. Enjoy breathtaking views of the iconic fairy chimneys and valleys as the sun rises over Cappadocia.
• 10:00 AM: Start your group tour with a visit to Devrent Valley, known for its striking fairy chimneys and unique rock formations.
• Lunch Break (not included): Enjoy traditional Cappadocian cuisine at a local restaurant with your group.
• Goreme Open Air Museum: Explore this UNESCO World Heritage site, home to rock-cut churches and ancient Christian settlements. Marvel at the well-preserved frescoes and Byzantine architecture.
• Free Time: After visiting the museum, you have some free time to explore Goreme, shop for local handicrafts, or relax at a café.

Overnight Stay: Grand Isbilir Hotel, Cappadocia

Day 4: Underground City & Cave Dwellings – Flight Back to Istanbul

• 09:30 AM: Check out from your hotel and begin your group tour of Cappadocia’s hidden gems.
  • Goreme Panorama: Enjoy breathtaking views of the region.
  • Kaymakli Underground City: Explore one of the most fascinating underground cities in the region, with your guide explaining its intricate tunnels, rooms, and chambers.
  • Rose & Red Valleys: Walk through these beautiful valleys, known for their captivating hues and surreal landscapes.
  • Uchisar Castle (Optional): Visit the highest point in Cappadocia for panoramic views of the surrounding area.
  • Pigeon Valley: Conclude your tour with a visit to this peaceful valley, known for its pigeon houses carved into the cliffs.
• Afternoon: After the tour, you will be transferred to Cappadocia Airport for your flight back to Istanbul with your group.
• Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel in Istanbul for check-in.

Day 5: Farewell & Departure

• Breakfast at your hotel. You will be transferred to the Istanbul Airport at the time of your flight for your departure.
• End of Services. If you would like to extend your stay in Istanbul, you can add more days to your package using the booking form.
